“We did a complete renovation of our master bath. Our main goals were to make the room handicapped accessible, easy to clean and to increase shower and vanity space. In order to gain every precious inch, we removed a linen cupboard and stole a foot of depth from the back of our daughter's closet. We had a variety of specialists in and out of our home. Everyone was courteous and hard-working. No one smoked in or outside of my home and workers cleaned up after themselves every day. I was kept up to date on each step of the project and never felt as if our job was a lower priority to Dave Fox. The project is complete and we love the new space! By moving the location of the shower and vanity, the room seems so much larger. We were also able to keep the window, which I had thought we'd lose in order to gain storage. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Fox Home Remodeling.”

“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. “No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“They performed a complete kitchen remodel, including new cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing and countertops. Bill developed a kitchen plan for us based on our desire to use the existing space in our house. They removed part of a wall between the kitchen and dining room and installed new cabinets, granite countertops, walls, lighting, plumbing, and tile. As part of the project, they also replaced the gas pipe from the meter to the water heater and the range. We felt they were professional, punctual, attentive to our needs and wants, and kept the work area clean. Jeff was our main contact during this project, coming to our home most days when work was being performed. We would recommend them and we are likely to hire them again in the near future.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”
