“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”
