Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. We engaged the services of Indulge Renovations to create a new ensuite and WIR in an unused bedroom, a complete renovation of our main bathroom and a complete renovation of our laundry and powder room. Alan (our interior designer) was an absolute pleasure to deal with through the whole process. We had many conversations about the style and he guided us to the finished product! “Architest are a unique company who built our new home's floorplan to scale in their warehouse using foam blocks. It was a brilliant way for someone like me to visualise what our new home would look like in terms of spatial awareness, positioning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, doors and even our staircase. It really bought our potential renovation/build to life. The 2 walk-throughs of our home allowed us to change some ideas and tweek some rooms we weren't sure about before we submitted our final plans to Council. Thanks to Simon and his team for having the initiative to develop such an impressive service that is sure to be a winner for all future renovators. Can't believe it has never been thought of before.”

“I was given the confidence and trust by Sky hence hired him to design my new house just by the marina. My journey with Sky started more than 3 years ago. Every step of the way, Sky had given me the clarity and best effort on all building and design aspect. I have to admit that I am not an easy client for I bomb Sky with numerous calls during weekends, public holidays and after hours. Yes Sky was ever willing to listen and help me with my queries. To be honest, I was hunting for an architect and had waisted some small fortune with two prior so called architect. I am glad I found Sky as his experiences, dedication and attention to detail is un-matched! Sky had helped me through from my house design to acquring planning permit, which was unbelievably difficult, and even administered my whole building project. There were massive amount of challenges due to unforeseen circumstances but Sky was able to assist in resolving them amicably in terms of timeline and cost.”
