“I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. “Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”
