“I am living abroad and Debby was just great in arranging and supervising the renovation work. She also sent me samples to choose tile, lamps and other stuff and this was great and going easy and the results are what I expected. She also sent me an estimate of the costs and options and then a final proposal. She was available to clear questions and kept me in the loop of the works done by sending photos or when they started and finished. All in all I am very happy to have choosen her and her team for the work. It is pleasant to work with her.”

“Mrs. Arenson designed the renovation of our apartment in Tel Aviv. The apartment is quite small (about 75 M²) and was not renovated since 1933. Before we received the program we had doubts how one could change an old place into modern one with all the new facilities. Mrs. Arenson not only found most imaginative solutions to the kitchen, toilet room, laundry machine, two studies with 2500 books - but also designed fascinating doors, closets and lightings. She was very strict and accurate concerning the program's details and she did not compromise with the tradesman and workers while inspecting the work. Thanks to Mrs. Arenson the renovation became most lovely experience and we are grateful to her our beautiful renovated apartment.”

“I manage an investment firm which is a partnership of Israel's two largest VC funds. we based our offices in the renovated, trending area of Downtown Haifa, in a renovated Bauhaus building. After a long search, we picked architect David Lebenthal to design and manage the design of our offices, from scratch. Words are not enough to express my appreciation to his work: endless creativity, a 'touch' for the smallest refined details, combined with a 'macro' perspective of the whole space; uncompromised attention to details while maintaining the best human relations and driving all professional on the ground - including ourselves - to aspire to the best outcome; thorough understanding of any engineering challenge, combined with specialty in combination of different materials to reflect the area in which our offices are located; sticking to strict time frames and budget to perform the project, but not on account or compromise on any of the details and while holding a patient and attentive process to truly understand our unique needs without trying to force his personal flavor on us (how can it be done?! by a super-fast reaction from David's team to any need or change in plans). At the end of the day, we got ourselves offices which were nicer beyond our wildest hopes. How can one put good architecture in words?! Maybe one way is to work with an architect who is able to give you something that only after-the-matter you realize this is what you aspired to. David Lebenthal is this kind of professional.”

“Osengar architects designed for me a building in Tel Aviv , Bograshov district . I appreciate its beautifull architecture : a modern bauhaus all in glasses and alluminium . To date this building is considered one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood . Their work consisted in the development of the building permit and site supervision. Between permit build and delivery of the building he spent four and a half years during which the architectural firm was present. The architectural firm has been in constant contact with engineers of all trades . The architecture has respected the image of a city whose most Bauhaus buildings are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO and where it is very difficult to get a building permit. The cost of the turnkey project was seven millions dollars.”
