“I have hired Catoptrico services several times. The first time was to re-build an old house in a traditional neiborhood in Bogota. The result was great since they managed to keep the architectural value of the house and still make it work as a very confortable place for the main office of a design magazine. The second project was also a re-build of an old apartment in a building designed by a very well known colombian architect called Rogelio Salmona. In this ocation Catoptrico modified the space to solve some light and design inconvenients to fulfill the expectations of the clients: my parents, a grown up couple who wanted a more modern space in the traditional environment they lived for many years. The third project is a country house still under construction. The objetive is to build a colonial style home that would benefit from the splendid landscapes of the "Sopo Valley" near Bogota. The house will be ready in a few weeks and once again Catoptrico has been a great help not only on the design process, incorporating functional solutions, but also in the construction and managment of the building process whit a very good team of professionals.”
