“I hired Eric, of Gascadisenos to design, and execute to completion the interiors of two never lived in penthouse condominiums in Puerto Vallarta. Difficult the explain the level of satisfaction I received when they were completed. Previous to starting I met with Eric a number of times and showed him pictures of interiors I had seen in multiple publications, telling him what I liked and what I didn't like. After seeing pictures of other projects Eric had completed I pretty much gave him free rein to do what he believed would best satisfy my desires Beyond that I gave him, or should I say I tried to give him a budget of what I had to spend but of course not quite sure of how much that which I liked would cost. He supplied me with hand drawn renderings of different concepts using the information he received from me, and approximately what each would cost. One of the great things in working with Eric is he has numerous connections with manufacturers, other designers and artists not only in Puerto Vallarta itself, but in Guadalajara, Mexico City and locations throughout the US. He actually goes to artists and has them create custom paintings to fit the decor. More often than not Eric was able to source the designs I liked and have them custom made adapting his personal touch to the design as well as changing dimensions to items that can be purchased off the shelf. The ability to custom order furnishing to ones own liking ends up giving you a living space that is "your own", not that of someone else. As it worked out, living in the states I never saw much of what he was doing, only a few emailed pictures of individual item. Upon entering the condos after being totally finished I can only say that I felt like those you see on the home remodel reality shows where someone has their house remodeled but are unable to see it until it is finished. This is going to sound awfully sappy, but I could do nothing but cry the first time I walked into them......it's the truth! They were unbelievable. I use the condos both for my own pleasure as well as rent them out and the response of the renters is overwhelming, and it is not uncommon for renters to return season after season. I have since hired Eric to manage and maintain both units which include renting them, he deals directly with renters and greets them upon their arrival and is in constant contact with them from the first inquire until they check out. He takes care of cleaning them, and maintenance, paying all the bills, HOA fees, cleaning, supplies, property insurance, gardening, Jacuzzi maintenance etc. which is something that is not possible or easy when living outside of the country. He supplies me with detailed spread sheets of every dollar that is taken in and ever dollar spent. I cannot say enough positive things about him, his talent and the professional way he conducts business.”
