“I had great experience with Consumers Energy. They helped me to get my AC fixed when it was extremely hot. My AC was only 7 yrs old and I wasn't sure if I had any warranty left on it. The problem was in the compressor and they were be able to locate the warranty certificate trough Goodman and get the compressor for free as it still was on the warranty. I only had to pay for 4 hours of their labour cost. They saved me a lot of money. Thanks”

“Had our furnace, A/C and air cleaning system replaced by Premium Home Services. Their diagnostic of our old equipment as well as available options and recommendations to solve our equipment and temperature control issues was excellent and very professional. The work was done timely with lot of respect for our property (floors, carpets, job sites, etc). Their staff is knowledgable and courteous. “Mas air was wonderful! they were very helpful and were able to inform me of my furnace/ air conditioning issues. they were very kind and friendly. He wore a mask which was very appreciated especially during these unfortunate times. also able to tell me the issues in regards to my air conditioning unit in a clear and concise way. Unfortunately I am in need of a new unit because it is beyond repairs but I still very much appreciate all that they did to help. “I wanted to thank the team at Waterloo Energy Products for all their help. Our 20 year old furnace stopped working a few weeks ago. Our house was freezing, and we need someone to help immediately. We found Waterloo Energy on Google and called their 24 hour number. They came out immediately and got our furnace running again. We were so impressed with the service that a few weeks later, we decided to call them back and get a quote on a new furnace. “So I got my new furnace installed in Nov 2019, I ended up getting 7 different quotes from companies and in the end I went with a company called Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning So after calling a bunch of companies he was the only company that answered all my questions (multiple ones), I actually had some companies stop replying after 1 or 2 questions which may reflect their customer service when I have an issue. Then I had 1 or 2 companies bashing goodman and trying to push their own brand they sold which I think was very unprofessional. Ash was very professional, his crew came on time and did a great install & also finding issues from the old installers where they did not glue certain sections of pipe. I have sent many different friends/family to Ash and all have been amazed at the great customer service he provides & great prices. Do NOT skip this HVAC Professional you will be very happy you called him! All the positive reviews you read about them is 100% True.”
