“We engaged Lindy Consulting to provide some plans to renovate the 3rd floor of our house which was an unused portion of our house which contained two bedrooms and which we were using as additional storage space. Our plan was to move our master bedroom to this space and add a full washroom. We met with Steven and Annette to discuss our ideas and how we envisaged the space and our estimated budget. They came back to us the following week with some preliminary sketches that impressed us. We then gave them the mandate to prepare full drawings and once approved by us, they managed the project from completing the drawings, getting them approved, and seeing the project through to completion. We were quite hands-on in the decision making but they truly took ownership of the project and had our best interests in mind throughout. Although we ended up spending more than we budgeted (which was as a result of our decision to upgrade bathroom appliances, flooring etc.), we are really pleased with the final result.”

“Gene was exceptionally professional. We were looking for a creative designer to help us build our home in an unusual residential/commercial setting. Gene's design included a floorplan for 2 storey's of residential space which included a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and millwork throughout. His attention to detail and finishes is above and beyond. We were keen on avoiding box store finishes and Gene was very willing to help us secure options within our budget. Gene's knowledge of the construction aspect of the design was key and he was open to being on-site to help throughout the job.
