“In progress with our siding replacement project from vinyl to Hardie as well as replacement of wood trims and new front door. Our sales manager, Marc, is very pleasant to deal with from our initial visit till now and he still follows up with us during progress of our project. He took the time to discuss all details before we signed the contract and is so patient with all the back and forth and changing of some details after signing. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty; we trust we are in good hands. Also to mention, we have had another siding company here to estimate and when we told them we would like the exterior window trims to be replaced with wood, guess what, they were trying to convince us with a easier way to replace our wood trims with metal flashing? Seriously?! I’m beyond grateful for hiring silver line for our project; sales is one part but installation is also important. Laddi and his crew made this project successful. Siding installation team, Laddi and his crew is amazing. Pays attention to every single little detail, plus they are polite and respectful! Lastly, our front door; it looks amazing! “We obtained a number of quotes on Vinyltek windows from a few installers, but Kris at LongLife was the best to deal with, most informative, and quite obviously a professional. Their quote was very competitive and their installation high-quality. They were quick to respond to the many queries we had an worked with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Bernard and his installation crew were proficient, efficient, and a pleasure to have around (very nice guys). They did an immaculate clean-up and finished our job (13 windows and 1 french patio door) in 2 days. The new windows are beautiful and so much warmer than our leaky vinyl windows we replaced. The only hang-up was a delay on the patio door at Vinyltek, so that the installation crew had to return on a different day to install our door - not a big problem. A few minor issues after installation (defects) will be dealt with by the service department with no issues. The lifetime warranty, quality installation, and friendly, honest service made our experience with LongLife a great one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors.”
