“I hired South Park on the recommendation of a friend to plan and execute my condo renovation project. The place was to be completely gutted, some walls moved, all of the flooring replaced, along with a complete re-do of the kitchen cabinetry, plumbing, and a rebuild of the bathrooms. Project Management: Matt and the guys at South Park were exceptional at managing the project from beginning to end. They gave me a realistic budget with a clear understanding of the elements of the project that were uncertain. They were also excellent at anticipating what areas I may want to add/remove from the scope of the project as it progressed and at working within the confines of my budget. They were incredibly transparent and at no point was I uncertain of how we were tracking to the budget, despite there being a number of moving parts. The project involved a move-out/move-in and South Park helped to organize and coordinate with the movers. Over the course of the 8-week project, I needed to be out of town for about 3 weeks. During this time, Matt kept me apprised of the situation with the renovations, using an online project management tool to send me photos of the progress. As this was a condominium project, South Park needed to coordinate with the Property Management with respect to association regulations, bookings and tools. They were exceptional at managing this without requiring my intervention. DEFINITELY worth every penny to eliminate this headache alone, not to mention all the coordination with the various contractors and specialists involved. Suppliers & Contractors: The contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, respectful and skilled. I was very impressed with the various trades involved in the project and was kept in the loop for all major decisions. No friction at all, and I took advantage of South Park's excellent supplier relationships in my purchase of hardwood, tile and other materials. Overall Assessment: Excellent. Professional, transparent and very easy to work with. Very highly recommended!”

“Maki Construction did an extensive renovation to my condo: 1.Installed coffered ceiling, hiding electrical work for a chandelier; installed bulk heads and pot lights; modified outlets; removed old fire place surround and mantle piece and installed large one piece marble surround; painted room. 2. Tore out tub, shower and flooring in Master Bath; installed new 24X24 tile for floor and walls, large glassed in shower, new toilet. 3. Installed new sink and toilet in powder room. 3. Painted all the rooms; in the case of my yellow choice, modified the colour after the first attempt. The contractor had an excellent project manager who navigated condo regulations, managed the trades so everyone showed up when promised, problem solved and oversaw the quality of work. The trades worked clean, were on time, did excellent work and were respectful. The estimates were accurate and the project came in on budget.”
