We lost count of how many versions there were before we said "That's Perfect". Craig McElroy, P.Eng was our touch stone throughout the process. We're not sure which was more valuable or appreciated: his professional expertise or his ALWAYS friendly, calm and positive demeanour. He was always available when needed and could "talk us off the ledge" when our unfounded anxieties got the better of us. There is simply not enough space to acknowledge every single person, but let it suffice to say that Colpitts has the most amazing team - from their own construction staff to the various sub-trades who worked on our house. We cannot say enough about their professionalism, positive attitude and patience. There were no surprises in terms of budget or timelines, except when mother nature had her way. I would do it with them again in a heartbeat, except that thanks to them, we have our "forever" dream house!”
