“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“I initially met Elaine at a local networking group of design professionals. I have collaborated with Elaine a few times in the past 3 years. I subcontracted to her initially for the architectural planning and drawings on a large restaurant makeover and renovation, and a couple of large residential renovations. She has an incredible sense and knowledge of design, codes, very efficient and quick turnaround times. She is professional, pleasant to work with , very thorough and structured, and was able to meet the timelines and budget. I will definitely continue to work with her! Highly recommend her!”

“Clotek Construction. ""Very Important"" I found Carl to be trustworthy throughout his entire time on our renovation. The renovations on our old home started with a couple projects, but then we ran into some unforseen problems and we were very impressed with Carl's wide range of skills and knowledge and also his willingness to adjust his schedule to complete the project. No job was ever too small or too dirty for him to do, as he was always more than willing to attack any challenge that arose. We were very impressed with Carl's attention to detail and commitment to do the job right and not just rush through the job just to get it done. Our renovation required expertise in flooring, roofing, electrical, plumbing, finishing work, etc....and Carl was able to perform all of these tasks without issue. This saved us a lot of time and money as we didn't have to call other Trades people to do some of these jobs. We could tell that Carl takes pride in his work which leads to top quality workmanship. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE.”

“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“We hired MTC Contracting to redo our master bedroom bathroom. We took it right down to the studs and started over. The reconstruction was done in a very professional manner. All the people involved in this project were very polite, even as we made changes on the go, and worked with us suggesting changes we could make to enhance the final product. We were not in a real rush to get the bathroom done so they could schedule us around other projects they were working on at the same time. We had previously purchased a the vanity we wanted so once most of the work was completed and it came time to install the vanity everything fit perfectly in place. Some modifications had to be made when installing the shower as we had a custom bench installed and with the shower head we had purchased it had to be anchored to the ceiling, but this proved not to be a problem as adjustments were made on the fly to get everything anchored and working properly. We also had some special shower wall tiles they integrated into the normal shower wall tiles. All in all we are very satisfied with the end product and the professional manner in which all the work was done, right down to the painting.”
