“My wife and I had Peak Impovements renovate our home and make some structural changes to our garage. They we fantastic!! When we came home from work every day the house was cleaned up as best as possible so we could continue living in the home. Workers were clean and well mannered at all times. Excellent communication from them to keep us informed of what was going on at all times. Most importantly, they started the job and did not stop until it was fully completed! “My partner and I decided the renovate the basement of our house to allow for more entertainment space in our small 1950s bungalow. Jackson was very accommodating with all of our requests and had so much patience with all of our questions and fears about this project. He always made himself available for us when we needed him and was able to offer suggestions to improve on our original design idea based on his experience in construction. We had originally made the mistake of hiring a family member to assist us with the plumbing rough-ins for a full bathroom as well as convert the heating system to an on-demand hot water tank/boiler. The family member did not finish the work and left us very suddenly with no heat or water in the house and months behind our projected end date. Jackson was able to step in and take control of the situation immediately and get the project back on track and finish it better than we could have envisioned. It's always difficult with renovations in such an old house, there's always surprises, but he was able to work with everything in the house and allowed us to have the smoothest construction experience.”

“House design and build. We were sold after meeting Jamie and David. Excellent people with a high regard for the customer and their satisfaction through all phases of the process. We were also sold on the fact they had their own team of finishing carpenters who also did the framing. As we were working together to build a Craftsman home that truly copied the homes from the 20's that was critical. Trades coming in later commented that it was one of the squarest.truest houses they had ever worked in. Despite all the infills in our neighborhood (10-15 a year now) our house still gets rave reviews as one of the best people have seen to date. Exceptional trades that have stayed loyal to The House Company. 11 years later no issues to report. They were transparent about project costs allowing us to make positive financial decisions and they were perfect on their timelines. We consider them friends now and highly recommend them.”
