Tania handled everything and we were very pleased with the end result. The project went seamless and Tania was very accommodating and worked tirelessly. We enlisted the services of Doris Sarry Designs to help with the renovations. Her creativity was just what we needed to transform this 1960’s home into a more modern one. She helped us redesign the bathroom, kitchen, basement and main living area. And what a transformation it was! Most people couldnt believe the before & after pictures. She was pleasant to work with. Always available to answer our questions, offer ideas & solutions to maximize the living space and make it functional. “Patricia did an absolutely astonishing job revamping an apartment that a tenant had left in not very pretty condition...so much that I was not only able to revise the price, but also got 3 offers within a few days and sold ABOVE asking price. Once her staging was removed, the charm and charisma that sold the property so effectively just disappeared. “When I purchased my loft, the entire space included a single light fixture in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Kelli selected lighting fixtures for both bedrooms, the dining area as well as the living room. She also designed custom closets in the entrance as well as in the bedroom. As a bonus she had the contractors expand the master bedroom by 2 feet and repositioned the door to the ensuite. I couldn't imagine living in this condo in its original state, its so much more functional now. Her knowledge and talent for design is unmatched.”
