We contacted AOS for ideas to turn our unusable yard with a large hill and crumbling retaining walls into a usable, relaxing space. We knew we needed to do something but didn't have a vision. Jason, the landscape designer, came out to our yard and worked up a plan that we couldn't have imagined! He created a design that addressed all of our needs and gave us an ideal outdoor living space. Jason suggested a patio, which we hadn't considered, and when I saw the design I fell in love with it. The creative, patterned paver patio is beautiful and executed perfectly. When the work commenced in spring of 21, Jason and the crew were amazing to work with. They were so friendly, and the job site was always spotless. They kept my husband and I in the loop on all progress and really did a major project without disrupting our working from home at all. I could not recommend them more highly. and in fact have already reached out about more work for 2022.

The Waverly Community House has worked with the professionals at Arendt's Outdoor since 2006. The longevity of the relationship speaks to how well we work together. They have been a pleasure to work with whether with respect to landscape design, contract terms, seasonal maintenance, "hard"scapes, and the overall care of the property. As a not-for-profit that sits in the middle of an historic district there is a constant balancing of competing interests and they always make the Comm look good. Finally, Arendt's has been very supportive of our programs and events and takes an active interest in the appearance and vitality of the building. We remain pleased with their service.

AOS provides both landscaping and snow removal services for me for 2 commercial locations. They have done an excellent job which I measure by their consistency and responsiveness to address problems when I identify them. Their employees have been professional and their management demonstrates attention to important details. While AOS services are not cheap, I am confident that I pay for the quality of a company which values excellence.

AOS did a fabulous job for me all summer, from Spring clean-up including edging and mulching, to weekly lawn care, to the planting of 20 or so additional bushes and perennials, and through fall leaf removal and clean-up. They were reliable, knowledgeable, always within budget, professional, personable, and the work performed was excellent. Couldn't recommend anyone higher than these guys, especially Brian who was always available to help me work out a plan to achieve maximum results with minimum spend. The difference in the appearance of my lawn and the grounds in general is wonderful!

Our representative Brian was "five star" from our first meeting. He listened and did not push or "sell" us. We relocated our office and wanted a fresh and different landscaping appeal with very low maintenance and color. Not an easy request. He made suggestions and returned with a full color, informational proposal in the time promised. We made no changes from the original proposal - it was exactly the look we wanted. Every person representing Arendt's was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. There were no delays, they took great care in the installation and clean up was meticulous. There were no hidden charges or fees. Very up front and easy to deal with. The presentation of the entire company is impressive. The job was executed beautifully and exceeded our expectations. We have been working with Ardent Outdoor Services (AOS) for about 15 years. They have been very reliable throughout the years. AOS provides creative landscaping ideas as well as maintaining the grounds on a regular basis. AOS diagnosed and cared for failing trees and shrubs and provided the appropriate remedy for their recovery. The staff is very courteous, respectful and professional. It has been a pleasure working with Ardent Outdoor Services and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.

AOS has been an integral part of our home landscaping, design and annual maintenance work since 2007. We have built an outstanding relationship with the entire staff of this company. About 6 years ago they designed and completed our backyard patio, landscaping and water feature. Prior to that, AOS was only responsible for annual maintenance of our lawn. It was from those first few years of lawn maintenance that we became 100% comfortable with AOS. Tim Arendt, the owner, was never pushy to do any other work for us. His crew would come on a regular basis, always courteous to me and my family, accurate billing and always willing to talk to us if we had questions. When it came time to take on a major project in our backyard, I did not hesitate to contact AOS. The design plans were excellent, pricing was very fair, and implementation was right on schedule. The work they do is outstanding! Of course, with any project, you are going to have some issues from time to time. I never, ever feel as though I can not call Tim or his crew if I have an issue with something. I always get a timely response and if necessary, Tim or one of his management team will come out and meet with us. More importantly, it is the on-going maintenance plan I have with them for my entire property. Investing in the project is one thing, but it is the annual work that matters most. The crew of AOS are excellent! They are always approachable, kind, considerate of our property, meticulous with cleanup, and genuinely very nice & honest people. Tim Arendt is a very honest & intelligent professional in all his dealings with us. AOS is a wonderful company, outstanding staff, and most importantly they value your friendship and business. They are really good guys and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend AOS for any outdoor work you may consider for your home.
