“Absolutely loved working with GDM for my bathroom project. After meeting with a few contractors, I knew these guys were the choice for me. The proposal was far more detailed than anyone else and they handled all the buying and storing of materials. The 3d rendering was so cool, I got a chance to see how my bathroom would look before they even started. All the workers were not only friendly but knowledgeable. “After receiving 4 other quotes from bathroom remodelers, I decided to go with 4ever Remodelers. I was very nervous, as this was my first experience hiring anyone to do a remodel. I didn't really know what to expect. We arranged to meet with Damian on a Saturday. He walked us through every step of the remodel, explaining the process, as well as the length of the job. About 10 days. The following Wednesday was the start of the job. Damien told me Robert would be working from 8-5 each day. That Wednesday, I arrived at about 11:30am. The bathroom was already half way through the demolition! By Saturday the new tub was in, the plumbing re-plumbed (this is a 1920 bungalow) new electric wiring done for the wall lighting, and Robert was installing the drywall! I was so impressed things were moving so fast. Damien met with me almost every other day to review the progress. When I arrived at the house to see how things were going, I would say hello to Robert and he always had a smile on his face to see me. He was very polite and kind, and would answer any questions I had and continued working, never skipping a beat! I believe he worked 9 straight days without a day off to complete my bathroom. Robert was one of the hardest workers I have ever met! During each step of the process, Robert would remove all the debris, and clean the area for the next step. My bathroom remodel went like clockwork. from beginning to end. No-non sense, no sitting around chatting with the owner either! No supervision needed. They did exactly what they promised. They are honest, professional and courteous. I absolutely had NO stress, other than what color tile and fixtures I had to pick out! Damien and Robert exceeded my expectations with everything! The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't have asked for better customer service either. The bathroom looks so great that now I am anxious to remodel my kitchen! I will definitely hire 4ever Remodelers again and again. I only hope he can fit me in when I am ready. Damien and his staff are gems! A 5 diamond rating from me!”

The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. The end product is beautiful, we could not be happier with how beautiful our bathroom is now, and the whole process was so easy thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of D. Higgins Construction. “My husband and I hired MAW-Chicago after a 6 month nightmare with another "contractor", to rescue us with a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Mike Nagel and his "dream team " of highly qualified professionals turned our nightmare into more of a dream come true. We love our bathroom and kitchen. Our vanity turned out to be a beautiful, custom, piece of art by a local cabinet maker. If we had seen John Valentine's work before, we would have had him do the kitchen cabinets. Mike Nagel made suggestions even better than what we could have imagined to solve several problems relative to the lighting, shower system, floor heating etc.. He never said "No,we can't do that." The tile in the bathroom has even received compliments from other professionals working on the premises as the "best job that they have seen". Thanks to Vio Filip and his Servio Pro Crew. MAW-Chicago is a the real deal, a class outfit from beginning to the completed project. How wonderful it is to find a company that delivers what is promised...and more. We would not hesitate to recommend MAW-Chicago to anyone who is looking for a high- quality builder/ restorer in our area. If we win the lottery, we will have our whole house remodeled...by MAW-Chicago...of course.”
