Some details to illustrate how Jake goes above and beyond: when the door hardware my husband and I ordered wasn't compatible (our mistake, not his), Jake sent us options that he knew would work, and from the same website we initially used. From our experience, anyone else would have sent a quick text to inform us of the issue. He not only identified the exact fix needed, but spent time finding one that fit our style and budget that he was certain would fit the door. Further, Jake always made sure we were on the same page, letting us decide on stylistic choices after educating us on most logical options and the reasoning behind them. He was descriptive and informative of his process throughout. Communicating with him was a breeze. And to really show how good he is at what he does, he accurately assumed, to the EXACT year, how old our door was based on a tiny detail. Not kidding, he assumed 1936. He knows what he's doing!
