Alex was extremely patient with my request. I wanted a replica of a design from my childhood home. Which I barely had any pictures of. He assisted me in making the digital image and then walked me through the different types of glass options. He even took photos of the process along the way to ensure it was what I wanted. The package arrived in a thick wooden box screwed shut. Each frame was wrapped individually. 20/10 amazing service, timing and product.

We love our glass cabinet door inserts. We replaced our old Shaker cabinet doors with new ones and wanted glass to go inside the cabinet above our stove. Alex was great to answer any and all questions and was so helpful. Craftsmanship is top-notch and delivery was fast and as scheduled. Glass was packaged very securely and arrived safely. I found Casa Loma Art Glass from a google search. Was looking for special glass for two of our kitchen cabinet doors. My wife wanted this as a Christmas present. The ordering process was very clear, and there were many choices of glass and styles. After placing the order on a Saturday afternoon, I received a follow up email from Alex in Casa Loma sales Saturday evening to confirm my dimensions and also confirm if I wanted glass shelves. The custom order was completed in a couple weeks and shipped in two days. I was concerned about shipping glass, but the Casa Loma packing crate and packing was amazing and the order arrived in perfect condition. I installed everything same day as received, and my wife is ecstatic with the result. I have nothing but good things to say about Casa Loma and Alex.
