"Art Glass" just doesn't say enough. I can't stop looking at it! It's beyond beautiful art and the craftmanship is expertly executed. Even in the midst of a pandemic, the order for my kitchen cabinet glass was completed on time, all measurements were exact, patterned exactly as portrayed in the draft. The packaging was top notch so there was not a scratch on my glass, nor a speck of dust when I unwrapped it. The cabinets are striking when you enter my kitchen, thanks to Alex and Casa Loma Art Glass.

Super excited about my new stained glass doors. Casa Loma was very patient with me and my contractor while we worked out the design and fittings. I've already commissioned them for another project at my parents' house.

When I originally contacted Alex at Casa Loma Art Glass, I had no idea about the mini-adventure that was to ensue. I sent him a photo of the stained-glass window, and within a few short days, I received a design with the option to change or modify the piece. Speaking to him about the type of glass that was available, I learned that there was a variety to choose from along a spectrum of colors and opacity levels. His craftsmen completed the window in about ten days, and he shipped it via FedEx. Opening the heavy-duty box, I placed it temporarily in space I had chosen, but quickly noticed that there were a number of damaged pieces of glass, mostly cracks. Alex assured me that his work was guaranteed, and after sending him some pictures of the damage, he set about contacting FedEx, who in turn fully covered the cost of the damage. Returning the original window, I patiently waited another week, and was pleasantly surprised that Alex delivered the repaired window in person. Throughout the process, Alex was professional, courteous, and assuring, and his work speaks for itself! I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a stained-glass work of art should seek out Casa Loma Art Glass. Their work is impeccably crafted, the cost is reasonable, and the service is excellent.
