Julia does beautiful work. She is responsive and helpful with questions. I had ordered a rainbow splash blanket 90x90 in size. It fits perfectly on my bed and is soft and comfortable. The colors are true to the picture. The ordering and shipping was exactly as advertised. I've also washed the blanket and the colors did not fade or run. It's truly a beautiful piece and would highly recommend it.

Artist provided quick responses to my questions and was always very kind and personable. The artwork I received is beautiful and exactly what I hoped for! I will definitely purchase again!

I recently purchased a gorgeous iPhone cover from Ebi Emporium. When I opened the package, it was not the cover I had ordered. I messaged Julia who quickly responded with an explanation and politely apologized for the mix up. She was even nice enough to offer the incorrect phone cover for me to keep for the inconvenience - a very kind offer, but I was happy to mail it back to her. I received the cover I ordered just days later. I've had experiences in which I've received incorrect items from other vendors, but Julia has been the most professional and efficient in correcting such an issue. Not only did I receive an awesome phone cover (for which I get compliments all the time), I received wonderful customer service from a very friendly vendor. I would recommend Ebi Emporium to those who are in the market for quality products from a quality designer.

Home decoration is not my strong suit, and Julia was simply heaven-sent! I have been struggling for months on how to introduce some color to break the monotony in my living room. I found Julia on Etsy and she patiently answered all my questions, provided options and suggestions and guided me through the process of selecting the right throw pillow combinations to match our space! When I first encountered Ebi Emporium, I immediately loved the colourful yet tasteful art style. I was looking for curtains, but the available options were not exactly suited to the room I had in mind. Among the many products, I found a digital painting that I absolutely loved and asked whether they could be made into curtains. Julia answered my request within hours of me sending it. She answered all my question promptly and worked with the constraints of the window (very tall and narrow) for an optimal result. She was very easy to talk to and exchange ideas with, and we had the order wrapped up in a single evening. Shipping was fast too! I definitely recommend Ebi Eporium for a colourful result!

I ordered my Fine Art shower curtain from Julia a few months ago. I absolutely love it! The colours are beautiful and I like having something unique. I have always received quick service and the personnel I've dealt with, were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I had a few questions and they answered them in great deal detail, to make sure that every avenue of my questions were answered, leaving no further need to question anything. I received my shipment within one week. Since it was coming from the U.S., I feel that that was very quick. My previous orders of items purchased from other companies, took 2 weeks or longer. With Ebi Emporium, my order was prepared and shipped that same day. They made sure to give me my confirmation number and confirmed that it would be packed and shipped that same day. 'That's great customer service'. I had previously ordered from them and have found the service to be the same each time. Impeccable!!!!!! I've seen the product line increase vastly and beautifully. They now have things like shower curtains, a multitude of cushions/pillows, mugs, clothing, paintings and much, much more. I, myself, have purchased numerous pieces of clothing from T-Shirts, hoodies, and muscle shirts. I have also purchased a few of their paintings and have recently purchased my 4th fashion pillow and 2 new mugs (one for my use and the other to place in my curio cabinet to display).
