I purchased a beautiful abstract by Julie Ahmad in late 2014 which I had seen while on vacation in Austin TX. I love the piece, it has gorgeous rich colors, and it has been a wonderful addition to my home.

Julie is so amazing and talented! I am a professional stager and had a really high profile listing coming up that needed something special. I sent Julie a picture of the living room chairs and decorative couch pillow that were the driving forces for the living room color scheme. I asked her if she had any pieces that would work with them. In 24 hrs she delivered one of the most gorgeous paintings I had ever seen that tied in perfectly with the pillow and chairs and made the room complete. I couldn't believe that she could just create something that so beautifully complemented the existing items. Additionally, I sent her a picture of the client's bedroom and bedding. She was able to provide another painting that she already had to hang over the bed. She took my ordinary staging items and kicked them up a notch! I am so grateful to her for allowing me to showcase her art in our listing. I am in awe of her talent. She is amazing to work with and I hope I get to do it again soon!

I ran across Julie's paintings while participating in the East Austin Art Tour. I was very impressed with her works and enjoyed having an opportunity to speak with her about them. My wife and I are considering a custom piece for our home.

I first saw Julie's paintings online. I loved them and I emailed her right away to ask if I could see 6 of them. She responded the same day and we set up a time. While the paintings were lovely online, they were all the more beautiful up close. Julie was warm, welcoming, and I felt no pressure at all to make a purchase. We talked about the way the paintings would fit in to my home and she listened to my questions and thoughts. I am not an impulse buyer, but I was ready to buy one of her paintings that day.
