We found Revel Cellars featured in a wine spectator article many years ago. From that moment we set our eyes on their racking for our next wine cellar. After we made a move to a new home without a cellar, my first call was to Revel Cellars to start the design process. They made it a super easy process and were friendly and informative on every aspect from design, size, layout and materials. They even accommodated my off the wall requests. We have been super happy and if we ever find ourselves moving to another home we look forward to building another cellar with Revel Cellars.

Our Revel Custom Wine Cellar was recently completed and the entire experience was outstanding. I had done a lot of on line research and couldn't find a supplier who excited me until I came across Revel. Their gallery, commitment to Quality, and dedication to wine cellar production was what interested me. I contracted with Revel and we moved seamlessly through Design, Build, and Installation. I threw a few curve balls at the team through the process and they hit each one! Their philosophy of the customer first is exemplified with every "opportunity". Your Wine Wheels are an amazing and unique addition to my customer's wine room. The wheels appear to float in air and provide easy access to prized bottles of wine. Our experience with Revel was very professional. Jim Cash helped us with the design, based on phone conversations where we talked about the size of our space, how we would use the space, and what types of wines we enjoyed. There was a little back and forth about the layout, but Jim got if from the start and made great suggestions. Revel has a number of racking systems and making the most out of the space we had was a priority, so Jim's design used the racks that were best suited to our space. Benchmark also fabricated our wooden cellar door, which turned out beautifully. Erin, Jim's assistant, was on top of all correspondence and scheduling. When Derek at Benchmark Wood Studio completed the fabrication, arrangements were made for shipping the pieces to us. Derek and Erin coordinated with our contractor about the details of installation, and the requirements for building the cellar. There were a couple of small issues relating to the delivery, but they were handled quickly and without question. I would not hesitate to recommend Revel Custom Wine Cellars to anyone serious about their wine and wanting an extraordinary cellar to keep it in.

I worked with Erin Hedley from Revel Cellars on the design, purchase and installation of my wine cellar. Throughout the entire project, which took about three months, Ms. Hedley was the penultimate professional. She made me feel as though I was her only client. She worked diligently, and very patiently, with me on the design until I got it exactly the way I wanted it. When the materials arrived in my home, Ms. Hedley carefully inspected and documented each piece to ensure the utmost quality. She introduced me to a local contractor who was amazing with the installation. It all went off without a hitch and I am thrilled with my Cellar. Our custom designed cellar fits perfectly in our recently remodeled home. it holds 359 bottles and the craftnanship is spot on. Revel was on time and on budget and worked hand in hand with our builder to get all the details right the first time.
