“As a property developer and CEO of Liberty Spring Homes LLC, I find getting a good builder is very difficult. I met TRL and found quickly they know their job in all aspects of building and creating a first class marketable product with design and panache. They are so helpful it becomes a breeze to have them handling my projects. I now have an association with a building company who will partner me in many more projects.”

“I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jim Walker and Copper Sky Renovations. Copper Sky Renovations recently completed an extensive remodeling and rebuilding of our home in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. The project lasted four months and involved removing and rebuilding the 2nd story in addition to remodeling the kitchen and 50% of the first floor. They have a great eye for detail. The quality and craftsmanship of the work was top notch. The project was managed extremely well. Copper Sky did everything they said they would do. There were no financial “surprises”. They were considerate and conscientious every step of the way. The end product is beautiful, functional and perfectly suits our family and lifestyle. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to hire them again and plan to do so for some additional work in the future. - Claire & Allen B.”

“When a faulty drain pipe flooded my home I was distraught about the extent of the damages. It was clear that all of the flooring in my home would need to be replaced along with some cabinetry and drywall. I started by calling the first contractor recommended by my insurance agency. This contractor did a fine job handling the water damage, but was ill-prepared to guide me through the detailed process of restoring my home. When he told me he planned to pick-up replacement cabinetry at Home Depot without asking for my preference on replacement products, I realized that allowing a carpet-cleaning company to redesign my home was probably not the best idea. Without Infinite Home I would have had little to no control over the process of restoring my home. Infinite Home turned a disappointing circumstance into an opportunity to improve and update our home. David started by reviewing the actual damages to my house, comparing the damage with my insurance claim. David and I agreed that my insurance adjustor was mostly fair with the amount he allotted for replacement items, but David found a few details the adjustor missed. After sharing those details with my adjustor, my adjustor decided to send me an additional check that totaled over one thousand dollars. Once I’d received the total claim amount from my adjustor, David helped to create a plan for the renovations. We began by focusing on what needed to be done, but quickly transitioned into what could be done. With our budget as the only boundary, David described possibilities for the renovation I’d not even imagined. After our conversation I realized that David’s goal was not mere replacement, but dramatic improvement of our home. It is rare to find a contractor in the restoration business who is comfortable talking about design and style. Most contractors lack creativity and, if a material can’t be found at Home Depot, they often don’t know it exists. David understands that building materials should be both durable and beautiful, and his work is customized to fit the taste of each customer. David helped me to select flooring and cabinetry that complimented my appreciation for contemporary design. He accessed multiple vendors (one in particular was on the other side of town) to get me the best price on the best looking materials available. He uses cutting-edge software that kept me informed through every phase of the project. David gave me a login and password that allowed me to see every detail of our budget. Even better, it alerted me via email when a change was made to the budget. On several occasions I received notification that I’d been issued a refund because a particular material was purchased at a lower price than originally quoted. When we came in under budget he passed the savings directly on to me. His approach made the entire process transparent and interactive. When the project was complete I ended up with more than what I’d lost in the flood. My floors were now covered with beautiful, genuine wood flooring instead of cheap laminate. My old cabinetry was replaced with contemporary-looking modern cabinetry with far more storage space. A sleek-looking tile backdrop was installed on the wall above the new cabinets to complete the renovation. I am so thankful that Infinite Home was there when I needed them. What began as an emergency restoration project turned into a beautiful renovation thanks to Infinite Home.”

“It was truly a pleasure working with Anne. The job entailed remodeling our basement and building a screened in porch. This was our first home remodeling project ever and Anne and her crew expertly navigated us through the process. She helped us in setting the scope of our project considering our budget. She supplied us with a list of general contractors that we interviewed. She stayed with us from the beginning to the end of our project. Most of all though, the designs that Anne and her assistant Laura came up with were just fantastic. My wife and I agree that the project turned out better than we even imagined. We are so pleased.”

“We had 2nd baby on the way and decided to put an addition on the house. We never hire contractor before so it was very new process for us. After interviewing few companies we met with Tom Colquitt from Green House Renovation Atlanta and we knew right away this was our guy! He had great ideas to maximize the space and make it fit the rest of the house. He was working very closely and patiently with us until all our needs were met in planning stage. He was respectful of our budget and very comforting about the deadline which was not flexible for us- baby was coming! All crew members working on the house were very professional- showing up on time and cleaning up in the end of the day. Most important, through out the whole process we were kept informed what and when was happening and they were able to stay on track to meet the deadline. We recommend Green House Renovation Atlanta to all our friends and neighbors and will be happy to work with Tom and his crew in the future.”

“We went through the difficult process of building and general contracting our new home. The kitchen was one of the most important spaces to our family with having 5 children. We are so grateful to have met Teri. She truly dug deep to understand what our dream kitchen would be, then put her amazing design gifts to work. She provided so many options and ideas to make sure it was perfect before we proceeded. And we went through the same steps to make sure the laundry room and four bathrooms were perfect. Every room she touched turned out far better than we could imagine. As great as the design and conceptual plans were, installation was still a concern. I've seen poor installs in other kitchens and was hopeful to avoid this in our house. Mikail came to install and gave us great comfort that everything would be perfect. He was the most tedious person that stepped on the job site. He was always a gentleman and a perfectionist in his work. His schedule was exactly what he said it would be even when it meant working over a weekend. We were so happy with all of the work that we asked Teri to help us with designing and installing our closets. Those turned out very nice and functional too. We've lived in our new house for two months and our kitchen functions so wonderfully. We don't ever want to leave the kitchen. Our kids love the microwave drawer that Teri STRONGLY recommended. And our laundry room is so peaceful that doing laundry is kind of enjoyable... Thank you Teri and Mikail for everything you did involving our house. We couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful touches you put in all the important rooms of the house. It was a pleasure getting to know both of you. Karvelas Family”

“We hired Max Mazur, as Greener Concepts Contracting, to be the contractor on our kitchen remodel. To say we are pleased with the process and end result is an understatement. From bidding the project to the final details, Max and his subcontractors were consistently punctual, polite, and respectful of our family and pets. All the work done was of consistently high quality, and when it didn't meet our specifications or preferences, it was remedied. We were informed about every change in cost (either up or down). At all times, Max was quick to respond to our questions via texts or phone calls. Remodeling a kitchen is a major undertaking. Max made sure that we had a temporary sink set up in our living room, and that the work was at predictable times (ie, during the day only, never at night). We needed to have the project done during the school year summer break, and Max was able to make it happen. In seven weeks, Max and his crew demolished the kitchen; donated the cabinetry; updated the plumbing and electrical; installed new floors, insulation, and walls; and cabinetry, counters, and a tiled backsplash. By the time the school year began, we had a fully functioning kitchen! Max and his subcontractors do quality work, and we plan to work with them on our future projects.”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”
