Hagan Architects, Inc.
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Atlanta
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsFebruary 8, 2014
“Tim Hagan took the smoldering remains of our burnt house and created something beautiful out of the ashes. He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. My assessment of Hagan Architects: totally professional, deeply caring, amazingly talented, delightfully innovative.”

Norwood Architects
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Atlanta
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsAugust 15, 2012
“We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”
Daniel M Martin, Architect LLC
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Atlanta
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsAugust 17, 2012
“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

Norris Broyles Architects
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Atlanta
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsSeptember 25, 2021
“I have used Norris Broyles on three projects. He has done complete house design, an in-law suite, and my current project, a finished basement to include bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and a few other modifications. On each project, Norris Broyles created superior design work and his plans are so complete that my contractors rarely had a single question during the construction. One of Norris’ skills, besides design, is communication. On each project, Norris listened intently to what I wanted the completed project to look like and each time he has delivered. He is wonderful at translating ideas into a finished plan. His wealth of experience comes into play with each project. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Norris Broyles and his firm whether it’s a room, a large area, or a complete house.”
Cynthia Karegeannes, Registered Architect
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Atlanta
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsAugust 17, 2012
“I highly recommend Cynthia Karegeannes, Architect. Ms. Karegeannes took her time, and gave my husband and me plenty of time, coming up with a kitchen renovation plan that covered all the bases for our wants and our needs, and she made the most of every inch of space we had! She has a very good understanding of practical use of space, and placement of appliances and cabinetry. Her kitchen designs are beautiful AND functional! She "held my hand" on some parts of the project and stepped back and followed my lead at other times. I found out throughout the entire project that Ms. Karegeannes REALLY knows her trade. She also takes a down-to-earth approach to the whole project. She listens well, considers, and then offers solutions. Her work is beautiful, and my kitchen is a dream to work in every single day.”

Castro Design Studio
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Atlanta
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJune 29, 2012
“Rodolfo Castro, of Casto Design Studio, is an amazing architect who I highly and very regularly recommend to others. By far the best part of our build was selecting Rodolfo of Castro Design Studio as our architect. We absolutely hope to use him again on future projects. Rodolfo worked for the first half of his career under one of Atlanta's most prestigious architectural firms. Rodolfo now brings the same high quality work, customer service, easy working relationship and incredible artistic talent via his boutique design studio. To say he works exceptionally well with clients and other professionals is an understatement. Rodolfo's expertise far exceeds architecture alone as he is extremely talented, knowledgeable and involved in all aspects of the building and design process. His hand sketched plans and elevations are so beautiful they deserve to be framed. His drawings are so remarkable, in fact, that City of Atlanta inspectors commented that they rarely see hand drawn renderings any more. Rodolfo listened to what we wanted and further perfected our vision. He helped us achieve lovely design finishes and architectural elements unique to our home and the topography of our lot. We wanted a new home that did not feel new and we wanted to maximize our square footage to avoid wasted space. Rodolfo was so successful in executing our vision that most visitors to our home assume we remodeled an older house. Rodolfo understood that we did in fact have a budget and offered suggestions and tricks on ways to get the look we wanted without blowing the budget. If you are building or remodeling in the Altanta area, interview Rodolfo! He will likely become your friend and is sure to be the best part of your build as well. Sincerely, Juliane Walker and William McCaleb Buckhead homeowners”
