“I called several contractors to get pricing on building out my basement. I met with the owner of Harmony Residential Tim Bell to give an overview of what we wanted to achieve with our project. Tim was very knowledgeable of this process and offered many new ideas and suggestions for our project. We knew Tim and the Harmony team was the company for us! Tim bought many great improvements to our project such as copper countertops and a wine barrel for our keg tap with a hidden sink to catch overflow. Another great idea Tim suggested and built was a folding door in place of sliding doors to the outside patio so it was like an open air room. The craftsmanship was second to none and Harmony takes prided in every aspect of its work and our project. We could not imagine not having found Harmony Residential for our project. There are so many great ideas that Tim the owner of Harmony had during the process that what started as a typical basement build out with some neat features is now the nicest living area in our home. Tim also incorporated some reclaimed barn wood into the space that compliments the copper counter tops and the wine barrel keg tap, along with a sliding barn door at our wine cellar. Our basement is truly unique and turned out far better than we could have ever imagined. We highly recommend Harmony Residential Properties to all of our family and friends for any remolding projects or custom home builds! We have since become friends with Tim and his family and they are just absolutely the nicest people. I guess that's why this process was so enjoyable the whole time.
