“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. “Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house. “The Residence Doctor did a phenomenal job with our remodel. The professional team was a constant presence at our home overseeing the job (master bath, fire place, fixtures, repairs, flooring, etc.) and making sure they were exceeding our expectations. “Date Construction did excellent work in remodeling out Master Bath Room and two guest bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions to make it look even better and still stay within our budget. They did quality work, completing the job on time and very promptly followed up on minor items we noticed later that needing adjusting. We were completely satisfied and felt they at least equaled and sometimes exceeded our expectations. We hired them first to remodel the Master Bath Room and were completely satisfied, so we hired them 8 months later to do the two guest bathrooms.”
