“I spent over a year looking for the perfect flooring for the entire first level of our home. Was skeptical ordering from the internet, but after ordering one sample box, decided to order 2000 sq. ft. of the Natural Handscraped Acacia in 7". It looks incredible, and was reasonably priced. It has only been down for about a month, so still nervous about the wear and tear, but so far it's good, and we have a large dog. Love the oil finish and the natural color works well with all types of woods. Customer service is awesome; Kurt was our sales guy, and he is very attentive, even with follow-up questions. Have already referred friends. Make sure if you are having it shipped that someone is available to unload as the shipping company tells you that they are only responsible to deliver curbside! Also if you buy an oil finished product, make sure to know how to maintain the floors because you can ruin the finish if not cleaned properly - it's not your typical varnished-type floors.”

It was finished exactly when Derrick said it would be. All the cuts were done well along with the glueing process. We had tile taken up and the wood flooring laid with all the residual material cleaned up. The flooring laid was 900 sq.ft. in 3 different rooms.
