“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”

“It was a long process, with many delays, most beyond the builders control. The final home should be in Architects Digest. The design was change on the kitchen from what looked good on paper but as it was being constructed missed the mark. The Architect, Builder, and we came up with a truly beautiful result.”

“I HIRED SEBASTIAN EILERT TO DEVELOP THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR MY NEW HOME IN CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA. MR. EILERT WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND WAS VERY PROMPT WITH HIS WORK AND DEADLINES. “As a General Contractor I always look at ways to make the project more efficient and have very satisfied clients. A lot of things happen to make this a reality, however, for me nothing is more important than 1) Having a well and thought-out constructions drawings, and 2) Great communication with the project consultants throughout the entire process. We have worked closely with Reines & Straz and they accomplished that. They are responsive on all RFI's, construction drawings are clear and practical, and the team is great! I fully recommend them.”
