“Gabi is excellent at formulating and coordinating all elements of design, both interior and exterior, and she has great experience with high-end materials. She designed our new house from the floor plan stage to furnishing each individual room, and within the realm of design, she definitely has the "gift". She probed to understand our priorities and matched the design to what we envisioned. Our rooms have a smooth and comfortable feeling that is hard to describe (some call it chi), but it is something you definitely feel when a room has it. We have gone on dozens of shopping trips with her, and always, she questions us about priorities, and then knows exactly where to find our style of items. She coordinated 20 different paint colors in one house, and the rooms flow seamlessly from one to another. She has designed other property for us with the same results every time. Her style is to find out our needs, lead us to it, adjust some variables, and then, install and carry to completion. She is exceptional at formulating a motif, drawing plans and specs, and helping us “see” it before money is spent. We went against her recommendation twice, and had to re-do both of those items; and subsequently, her original choices fit perfectly. In short, Gabi is an expert in interior design; she has the formal education, breath of knowledge and years of experience required to perform exceptionally.”

“Brenda decorated our living/dining/kitchen area as well as our guest bedroom and bath. We asked her to incorporate some of the items we already had as well as all of our furninture, then gave her a small budget for additonal items to tie the rooms together. Then we went on vacation and gave her the house for a week. Our reveal when we came home was great! I was amazed at how different the rooms looked just by how she rearraned the furniture and changed the placement of most of our art. It was a completely different room. And the curtains and acessories she added are gorgeous! It's been about 7 months now and I still sit on my couch and admire how beautiful the space is. She definatley listened to what we wanted and absoltuely delivered.”

“Sophia helped us with our last home and we absolutely loved working with her. Our last home was rustic and Sophia did a wonderful job of incorporating our personal tastes with the rustic canvas. We were thrilled with the outcome! Now we are in the process of building a new home and having Sophia involved from the architect design phase has been ideal! This project is very different in design as we are going more contemporary. We have so much confidence in Sophia. Even though this design direction is completely new for us, we have no doubt the result will be spectacular!”

Michelle's attention to detail throughout the project management phase gave us peace of mind because we weren't able to be on-site during a large portion of our project. “It was my first time working with an interior design firm, and I chose Hermosa Style Co (after interviewing five other designers) because of their aesthetic, availability, and the price and flexibility of their services. I needed my fireplace re-designed, my kitchen updated, the interiors painted, and help with new furniture selection for my family and dining rooms. I wanted to make the transition from a mid-century aesthetic to a more Tulum-esque global organic vibe, but I didn't have a high-end budget. Heather and Alexa did a site visit, documented my existing furniture and art pieces, and came up with a plan for construction and furniture that did not blow my budget. I am very happy with the final results! The project was executed thoughtfully from start to finish, including project management of the construction phase. The designers really got my desired aesthetic and suggested reasonably priced, but inspired and unique furnishings. Alexa, who I worked with most closely, has an open, honest, and patient attitude. She clearly has a passion for interior design and is an active listener who is able to pivot quickly. She has exquisite taste. The idea to do open shelving in the kitchen, add a casing to the vent hood to match the aesthetic of the new fireplace design, and add a banquette breakfast nook led to big impact without crazy construction costs. When I decided I didn't want to spend money on re-doing the kitchen cabinets, they found quality, affordable knobs and pulls to replace the existing ones, and instructed the contractor to make slight tweaks to the cabinets to make them while not new--definitely more fresh and finished-looking. I would highly recommend the team at Hermosa Style Co!”

“We worked with Suzanne on a large remodeling project covering 8 rooms/areas of our house. She took the time to learn how we used these spaces and how we wanted to use them in the future. She also paid attention to special needs such as the pets that we have and keeping this in mind when selecting furnishings. Suzanne created a space plan and visual concept drawing for us to review/change before proceeding with each room and worked very hard to incorporate all of our requirements.
