“Mike did a PERFECT JOB. I called 5 different companies to get quotes from on the project. I learned that the existing flooring was extremely thin, and 3 out of 5 said that they would not be able to sand the floors because they were too thin. Mike said he would be able to sand it, and assured me it would look great. I went with Mikes Flooring because he seemed trustworthy, came early, and always answered right away when I called. That is very rare to find! I initially signed a contract to install hardwood throughout my condo, but ended up just wanting to sand and stain the existing flooring instead since it was cheaper. All other companies told me that no matter what I did, nothing was going to look as I would want since the existing floors were so thin and worn. Mike was the only one that assured me it would look great. They were able to sand and stain right on schedule and worked within my tight time frame. I honestly can’t believe how the floors turned out. They look absolutely perfect! I never imagined they would end up looking like brand new floors after what everyone else told me was not possible. Mike did an AMAZING job. 10/10. Since I initially paid Mike to do add in new hardwood floors in the bedroom and I decided not to go that route, Mike drove out to my work and paid me the difference. Again, he answered calls right away and showed up right when he said he would and gave me the money. I am impressed with the superior customer service that he delivered, and the job that he did on my condo. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure to pay it forward in this situation. Everyone that comes into my condo compliments my floors right away.
