“Annex exceeded my expectations. I have an older brick house which needed more light. Annex put new windows in two of the rooms which involved taking out brick, putting in new headers, replacing wallboard and texturizing. They also put some awesome molding around the windows. I couldn't be happier. This is a family operation and everyone gets along well. There was no mess and the work was done efficiently and courteously. I would trust these guys with any remodeling.”

“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”
