“We've had Tom + his crew for various house projects throughout the years (replacing windows + exterior doors, adding an egress window, replacing an interior railing, etc). Recently they undertook the large project of residing our house. They tore off all of the old wood siding, replaced rotted buffalo board with plywood, wrapped the house in Tyvek, added a support wall in the basement, tore down a very large, old stone + cement chimney, resided the house with a mix of vertical + horizontal vinyl siding, and replaced all of the soffits, facias, and garage windows. With classic "fixer upper" made-for-tv-moments during the chimney teardown, Tom handled the unexpected with a calm demeanor and pivoted as needed. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail the entire crew had as well as their cleanliness - they picked up as they worked and left it neat + tidy at the end of each day. They were all friendly, easy to work with + bounce ideas off of, and great with our kids who were running around daily as they worked. We will use Koep Homes again in the future and highly recommend!”

Richard was invaluable working with (negotiating with) the local county land resource board to secure the necessary permits for setbacks and construction. Paul was laid back but certain on his design guidance for proportion and materials...massive cedar posts vs. partial or full stone pillars. Craftsman and Prairie look was what we wanted with minimal obstructed views of the lake. We love our deck and custom design.”
