“Alan Benoit of Sustainable Design is based in Manchester VT, an hour and half drive from Vergennes and yet we have hired him because we love his responsiveness, esthetics and vision. Alan’s talent was worth the distance! Our project included the remodeling of a finished basement and the installation of a new stone patio. Our river front house had a finished walk in basement that was so dark and uninviting. It didn’t look like a riverfront property.
