“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. “Innovation preformed a stellar remodel of my 1927 Craftsmen. From the foundation up. They replaced all of my plumbing with PEX, all of my knob and tube to romex and insulated my entire roof and walls. They resurfaced my floors and walls, and completely remodeled all of my bathrooms and my bedrooms. My wife was pregnant with our second child so they had to manage to finish the house in a timely manner, get all the permits approved, and have the house complete before she gave birth. They were vacuuming the last piece of dirt when we brought my daughter home to her brand new amazing home. Working with contractors is difficult, and usually a disaster when it comes to communication. I'd say that working with Innovation was the same. It was hard and when you are remodeling a home that old--- its hard to stay on the same page with your contractor. Dont get me wrong-- we had our issues throughout the process-- but the end result was something amazing, and the bill was well below what I would have expected to pay. If you want great work, quality work, for reasonable pricing-- these are the guys to hire. If you want someone to hold your hand and provide excellent communication and planning--- you're in for a headache---- but i promise it will be worth it. Thanks Andrew and Team!!!”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“Timeline Design designed and build our 6,000 sq ft house. They took our ideas and made them better. As the project progressed they improved the design and solved problems as the reality of the construction unveiled ways to make it better or address issues. This was done as a matter of course, not as a way to jack up the price through change orders. Most of these changes did, in fact, not change the price. Some did require extra or different materials or effort but these only added T&M charges. We are still delighted with our house 7 years after it was completed. Timeline Design still sends people out to fix or address any issues we have as they arise. Timeline Design is an honest, committed and talented designer/builder. I can't recommend them high enough!”
