“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“We have used the Palm Brothers for several remodeling projects in our home here in Naples. The first was to reconfigure and remodel our kitchen by reusing many of the existing cabinet "boxes". The Palm Brothers were extremely knowledgeable about helping us with different configuration ideas. With their advice, we were able to maximize reuse of materials and enlarge our cabinet storage area and counter space. The workmanship was outstanding. We ended up adding valances, indirect lighting, glass doors which made the final product "pop". They are timely, accurate, and professional in all aspects of their work. We had them come back to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their work exceeded our expectations. They are local, reputable, and passionate about what they do. Rare traits in today's business environment.”

“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

Now that our stunning home is finished, I know we made the right decision. From start to finish, BayBeach is a first-class home builder. Always responsive, changes were always met with a - no problem. The design and thought put into our build are very apparent now that we have lived in it for 6 months. We feel very comfortable knowing that we have a solid, well-built, and one-of-a-kind home and are so proud to show it off! Working with Fred and the whole BayBeach team was a pleasure and they made sure our experience was as stress-free (as building a home can be!) as possible. They have experience dealing with the city regarding permits and inspections, this is essential and makes the process so much easier. We love our home so much that if we ever consider building again - it would only be with BayBeach!
