There is an on-site contractor who monitors all work being done. Both the work ethic and friendliness of their subcontractors are awesome. The quality of work is outstanding and they make sure everything is done correctly. They provide a design coordinator, Mary-Jo, who helps you to make the many important decisions regarding, design , colors, fixtures etc...that are necessary when going through a remodeling process. She is very helpful, has a creative eye and is your biggest cheerleader through the entire event. I would highly recommend Generation Homes for either a remodel or a new construction project !!”

They provided an accurate quote that was immediately accepted by the insurance company with no issues. The contractor was easy to work with, and there was no problem adding a few additional items to the scope of work. The finish product looks very good and the quality of craftsmanship and materials are also very good. Most importantly, the cost for the job was fair and they completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a very good experience.”

We added more projects to the initial scope and he was still able to complete them quickly as well. Speed is only the beginning - Gilbert is creative and has wonderful taste/great design sense (he has BOTH technical and aesthetic skills - very unique). He went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with our decisions and the results the entire process. His pricing is broken down to an easy-to-understand and detailed structure, which we had also never seen before but greatly appreciated. Along with Gilbert, his team also became like family - extremely thoughtful, always asking if we needed help (even with unloading the groceries! :D ! ) and very professional. We have an infant and they were always careful to minimize noise, maintain cleanliness and even make her smile! They made us smile too - fun and easy-going, yet extremely talented, skilled and professional. Everything you could ever want or need, Cloud Nine Construction delivered. “We came across 3D Designs booth in March 2013 at the Fresno Home and Garden Show and we are really glad we did. Dave and his team had a very impressive booth with eye catching displays of their work. Dave and Kim followed up in very timely fashion and got right in to our project. They listened carefully to what we were trying to do in our backyard in the way of a big facelift and came up with fun and new and creative ideas. Their 3D Designs were promptly emailed to us and tweaks were made as needed. The guys Dave recommended especially Carlos Brisenos were great to work with and surpassed our expectations in many ways. “Jeff and his crew did a great job on some water damage repairs. The damage was extensive requiring the tear out of sheetrock, insulation in two closits hallway, laundry and bedroom. They replaced insulation, sheetrock sprayed texture on the ceiling and walls and repainted the area”
