“We had been living with a recurring water issue thanks to the poor contracting skills of a previously hired roofer. The subsequent damages caused our laundry room roof to cave in and large, unsightly water spots (with mold just on the other side) in both our kitchen and children's playroom. We had Cipriani Remodeling Solutions come in to replace the roof and remove the chimney to rid us of the source of the problem. We then worked with them to tackle renovating the rooms that had been damaged. As a whole, we needed them to replace the roof, remove the chimney to the basement, remove two walls, one of which was a supporting wall which required pouring a new footing in the basement and installing a large header, completely renovating the kitchen including drywall, plumbing, electric, cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplash, flooring, and trim work. They replaced the ceiling in the children's playroom and completely gutted the laundry room and re-routed plumbing, electric, and gave it a polished and finished look it had never had before. They had an amazing eye for detail when it came to working with our 100 year old home. When we decided to take a few walls down to open the space, Jay and his team salvaged all the trim original to the home so that we could reuse it in the newly renovated space to maintain a cohesive and authentic feel to the updated rooms. The project manager, Jay, was excellent at communicating timelines and answered all of our questions. The team worked hard and diligently when onsite and all demonstrated a vast amount of skill in their craft. It was a pleasure to work with each and every one of the members of their contracting team. As a general contractor, CRS worked with several subcontractors and each was as professional and skilled as I could have hoped for. When our budget was running tight, Jay worked with us to salvage the old kitchen floor (a pergo whitewashed pine we had put down just 5 years prior) to repurpose on the laundry room floor so that we could save ourselves in flooring materials. A year after the work had been done, CRS was working next door and stopped in to see how things were going. When they noticed a minor imperfection (one which I had not even noticed) they had a man out the next day to address it. Amazing customer service doesn't even begin to summarize this wonderful general contractor. I'm saving my pennies (well, okay, more than pennies) for the day when I can get them in here to renovate my bathroom next!”
