“My master bedroom bath was just remodeled (October 2023) by VKB Kitchen & Bath in Columbia, Maryland. I was extremely impressed with the whole process and especially with the final product. Several years ago we had another bathroom remodeled. We were pleased with the work done. However, the two remodelers required that I make the selection and purchase of faucets, lights, tiles, and some other items. I found that experience, acknowledging that some guidance was given, very stressful. For that reason, I dreaded the thought of remodeling the master bedroom bath which really needed it. I decided to visit VKB Kitchen and Bath, not sure what to expect. I explained to the staff who greeted me what my needs were. Then, I sat down with Salome Deburidze, the store’s Design Consultant. She listened to me explain what my needs were and the budget I was working with. She asked me probing questions of things I hadn’t even considered. Then, we walked through the store examining the contents of the store and discussed other options that could be included in the plan for a new bathroom. She put together a full package for me, guided by my input and her knowledge and experience. That day, I signed the contract. Upon signing the contract, I was given a date for work to begin. Work began a couple of weeks before that date, as the materials ordered had arrived. This worked well for me. I was then visited by Will Vusal, the Project Manager, who walked me through the process from demolition to completion. He also showed patience and clarity in answering my questions and alleviating stress. Will visited frequently as the work progressed. I appreciated the professionalism he demonstrated. Will introduced me to Ayronn Reyes, the supervisor of the team. Ayronn and his team of other skilled workers went about their work methodically. Under Ayronn’s supervision and direction, they proceeded to transform the old bathroom into a beautiful room that I wake up to each morning. It took a lot of work because the bathroom, like the house, was about 40 years old. There were some surprises but they found workable solutions. Perhaps, this is the nature of bathroom remodeling or, more likely, a description of experienced and dedicated individuals. I would recommend VKB Kitchen & Bath to other homeowners. In three weeks, as advised, I am now able to enjoy a lighter, prettier, more modern bath experience.”

“We highly recommend Clarksville Construction Services (CCS). We began the process of looking for a company to finish our basement in October of 2018. CCS was one of the companies that we solicited for an estimate. It had previously repaired some cracked joists in our basement so we had some prior--albeit limited--experience with the company. Our entire experience with CCS was phenomenal. The sales representative, Kevin, was easy to work with and listened to our "basement wants." He also suggested ideas for things we had not thought about to help our basement be highly functional such as putting in a large storage closet. Our experience with Kevin is a primary reason we decided to contract with CCS. Representatives from other companies did not always listen to us and rather did not want to give us the design we were seeking but what they thought would be best. Specifically, other officials did not want to give us a large laundry room even commenting that people don't want laundry rooms anymore. Once we signed the proposal, CCS assigned a project manager and assistant to our job who reached out to us and provided us with necessary information so that we could make our product selections prior to beginning the job. The assistant, Veronica was fantastic and was always responsive to our requests. She clearly laid out items that were within our allowance and those that would exceed an allowance to help ensure we stayed within our budget. Our project manager Fidel was extremely personable and kept us informed of the job progress. He listened to our needs, stopped by our home almost every day during construction, and always addressed any issues or concerns we had. We were amazed at how often Fidel solicited our input throughout the process to ensure our needs were met. We also dealt with a number of CCS staff and subcontractors such as Beth, Megan, and Marcus. They were all polite, professional, and helpful. When entering our home, the workers took care to minimize any damage or dirt and always cleaned up at the end of each day. As with any renovation, there were some issues, but CCS always took action to make it right. We have a beautiful finished basement where we love to go everyday to do laundry, workout, or obtain items from storage. We highly recommend CCS for your renovation or construction needs and look forward to working with them on our future projects.”
