He provided a detailed cost estimate drilling down each portion of the job so we can see the entire scope of the work. Once work started, his team was extremely punctual, reliable and always was sure to clean up daily. Each person was very friendly and easy to converse with, always involving us in decisions and talking through options as we went. “Mike, thank you so much for the transformation of our Oxford, CT. home. When I blindly reached out to you at the last minute from New Hampshire in late January of 2021, during COVID, to see if you could possibly meet Tim at a last minute showing of a 1977 relic of a house to discuss the possibility of transforming it into a home, it was a true blessing. With your advice in hand, we took a leap of faith to start the year long journey to renovate this house into an amazingly comfortable, modernized home that we truly value each day. You immediately had recommendations to share over the phone with me. Since I only had the photos from the listing to dream from, you were my eyes and my measuring tape. You were patient and kind and considered all my concerns and ideas. Mike, your emailed, hand drawn renderings were such a vision to work with each time we spoke. I truly valued your opinion and suggestions as you did mine. We created a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a master bedroom, complete with his and her closets. We also moved stairs to create a living space upstairs and a very functional entry area from the garage that provided ample overflow storage, closet space, and a bathroom. The basement layout truly transformed the space into a winter escape for us. Your professionalism and kind spirit were a joy to work with and we still value your friendship to this day.”
