“I would highly recommend Tom [SENSITIVE INFORMATION HIDDEN] and the team at TRP Construction for any of your building needs. They recently remodeled two floors in my condo. I had never done this before and I was anxious about the process and having workers in my home, but they made it very easy. He and Christina listened carefully to what I wanted and quickly came back with a well-organized plan, dealt patiently with the condo association's requirements (not an easy task), obtained permits, and got to work. On the first floor, they removed a knee wall, added crown molding, updated the lighting and other electrical elements, and painted. In the basement, they added a new bathroom with a shower, a laundry area, a living area, and a bedroom. I love my new home! Tom and the team were courteous, punctual, prioritized communication, and very careful about cleaning up after themselves. I would be happy to work with them in the future.”

“Connecticut Custom Creations did a complete finished basement and remodel for my family and I. Including a full bathroom remodel and office space. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the new part of my home! Blake the salesman was great to us from the beginning, Dustin the owner came in and made sure everything was perfect and I am beyond happy with everything. On top of that the price was better than any other quote we got from 4 other companies. Also a special thank you to Danielle the designer, she customized every color, matched the appliances and helped with accessorizing along with me to make it just how I imagined. A huge thank you! You guys are amazing! Definitely recommend!”

“Lou and his team are reliable, skilled, honest and great people to work with. PerfectView completed a remodel in 2014 that included turning two rooms into one great room, refinishing old hardwood floors, installing new construction windows, and lighting. Excellent work completed in a very reasonable time period. Then in 2016 we added an in-law suite. We were so comfortable and confident with Lou, that we didn't go out to bid - we knew PerfectView was going to do a beautiful job. The addition included 2,000 sq feet of in-law apartment with full kitchen and bath, a common mud-laundry space that connects old house to new beautifully, and a fully finished basement with guest room, full bath, and kid space, additional garage bay, and gorgeous common deck. This was a huge project! Lou's architectural drafter was excellent in bringing our ideas to paper, and Lou brought those plans to reality with skilled craftsmen and an excellent design assistant who anticipated the needs of an aging person. Not only was quality very important to us, but also trust. Lou's employees are very easy to work with, respectful, trustworthy, reliable and just nice people. Lou answered every single concern we had during the year-long planning and building process. He has great people working for him. Lou was always available by text and accommodating to our schedules. Would highly recommend PerfectView Remodeling.”
