Basement Remodelers Near Evergreen

“AWESOME is the only word that captures the work A2Z Builders did on my master bathroom and basement stairs. Both spaces desperately needed upgrades, and after researching local contractors and gathering several bids, A2Z Builders stood out with a reasonable estimate that fit my budget. I chose them because I wanted Architectural Digest–level design and craftsmanship — and they delivered. The basement stairs were in rough shape: worn carpet, damaged treads, scratched baseboards, cracked drywall, and poor lighting. I asked for something artistic to replace the eyesore, and they created a beautiful, striking transformation. For the master bathroom, I wanted heated tile floors instead of carpet, a refinished vanity, wallpaper removal, and repairs to water damaged drywall. The results are stunning. Every visitor who sees the remodeled bathroom and stairs responds with an enthusiastic WOW. The entire team was courteous, professional, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. Working with A2Z Builders was a pleasure from start to finish.”

“My wife and I hired Mark Hammer for a major renovation and update to our home. This consisted of a full unfinished basement buildout, a face lift to our guest bathroom and the creation of a master suite from 2 bedrooms and a smaller bathroom on the main level. While we interviewed several contractors Mark was the clear favorite not only for his professionalism and knowledge of the process but also his candor, approachability and genuine kindness. From our first meeting and throughout the build (10 months) everything Mark and his team did was with the highest level of integrity. Even our request to do the project in 2 phases, completing the basement first then moving on to the main floor renovation so we could continue to live in the house during construction was met with an enthusiastic "yeah, we can do that". While this posed additional challenges for Mark and his crew and required my wife and I to navigate living in a "construction zone" for months on end we all managed to make it work. Of course, being this close to the "action" we encountered some communication, timing and scheduling issues but when they were brought to Mark's attention we always felt heard and Mark moved to address the concerns and provide solutions. The craftsmen that Mark brought to the project were also top notch. Pulling together the multiple trades needed to create the finished product is a skill unto itself and Mark expertly does this. Everyone entering our house was friendly, kind and treated our home with respect. Needless to say we are thrilled with the results. Mark and his team absolutely nailed our vision. Mark is a true and trusted professional. We couldn't be happier and we can confidently recommend him. Thanks Mark!”

“We worked with Tom on a bathroom add, a remodel of another bathroom and the painting of our kitchen cabinets. The new bathroom add was tricky as it is on the second floor and all the mechanicals are in the basement, and I was worried about change orders if they ran into obstacles. But throughout the process, Tom and his team were professional and on budget. Every contractor was friendly and knowledgeable, respectful of our space both personal and our home. Communication throughout the process was clear and prompt. We couldn’t be happier with the process, the outcome and the superior quality of the workmanship. We would use Veron builders again on our next project!”
