“I called this company to get a price on changing the master bath and get an opinion on new flooring. I ended up getting all new hardwoods, whole new master bath, electrical work throughout the house, wood burning fire starter, gas grill line, tankless hot water heeter, custom master closet, barn door installed and painting. I'm going to have him do work in the kitchen next. These guys are fantastic. Not just the pricing I received, but the quality of work and their professionalism is second to none. Let me put it this way... Marc was here working on the custom closet and the plumber was here installing the tankless water heater around 5pm. My father called to tell me his water heater had a bad leak and was flooding his kitchen. Marc grabbed his plumber and ran over there. Even though it was late in the day, they fixed my father's problem! They were thery until 10pm making sure everything was working and cleaned up. I plan on posting pictures of their work soon, but these guys are great and would recommend them to anyone!!”

Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum of Advanced Renovations made this complicated project a breeze for the homeowners and the subcontractors alike. This is no easy task, and signifies the level of professionalism that is not easily found. Their knowledge of their profession is remarkable. I would not only enjoy working with them in the future, but I would hire them myself. Being in the business I get to see it all, but never have I seen a company that goes to the level that Advanced Renovations will. That go the distance and then some. Bravo Advanced Renovations!”

“Jenny Pippin of Pippin Home Designs can design anything. ...from huge homes to small ones. She listens to her clients, designs liveable homes and takes advantage of any and all views. She is highly capable, artistic and yet reasonable. She designed our home about 20 years ago and I wouldn't change a thing. It's on a sloping lot with only a small section that is flat for the house's footprint. It was a winner from plan to inception. I still love and live in every square foot.”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. They even followed up weeks after the job was closed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I will be using them for any work we need done in the future and highly recommend them!”
