Featured Reviews for Basement Remodelers in Seattle

Dwellify
Basement Remodelers in Seattle
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 17, 2019
My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. Then their team came to our house and did all the right things – they covered our floors, kept the work space clean and finished on time. Best service in the market.

Jackson Design Build
Basement Remodelers in Seattle
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsOctober 31, 2014
We've used Jackson Remodeling 5 times over the past 15 years. First was to do seismic retrofitting of our old house - bolting the house to the foundation. A couple years later they refinished our bathroom and kitchen (walls, windows, cabinets). After that they rebuilt a fence and tool shed. Our big project was over the winter of 2010 - 11 at our new house. They managed the remodeling needed (new roof, insulation, gutters, some paint and electrical work, new hood over the stove, custom-built bathroom cabinet door, and more). Last year they devised a way to divert rainwater from under our deck away from a basement door in a very confined space. Totally a one-off custom job that has worked to perfection. Eric has been our lead contact person through all of these projects. Besides being a very fun person to work with, he is an absolute professional. Crew members (like Josh) are exceptionally talented. They communicate well throughout the project; their budgets are accurate; they are timely; they clean up; they are a real pleasure work with.
Levite Construction Co
Basement Remodelers in Seattle
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMarch 15, 2022
Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!
RW Anderson Homes
Basement Remodelers in Seattle
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsFebruary 4, 2015
We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsApril 13, 2015
Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.
Nip Tuck Remodeling
Basement Remodelers in Seattle
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsFebruary 12, 2013
In my capacity as a kitchen and bath designer, I often have the opportunity to supply my clients with names of contractors to interview. I have worked with April Bettinger of Nip Tuck Remodeling many times. We recently finished a kitchen expansion and remodel late in 2012 that turned out beautifully. I like working with Nip Tuck because the company has an extremely high level of customer service and satisfaction. April’s construction teams are easy to work with and communicate seamlessly with my company, Provanti Designs, whenever there is a design or material installation question. This is so helpful for homeowners who want to stay on time and on budget. Nip Tuck establishes a thorough quote upfront that extensively covers the entire remodel project so that there are no surprises with the budget/quote as work progresses. And best of all, April develops a detailed project calendar that specifies which trades are doing what work on a daily basis along with stated weekly construction goals. Nip Tuck finishes their projects on time, with quality work and satisfied homeowners. And that is why I tell my design clients that they need to do themselves a favor and talk with April Bettinger of Nip Tuck Remodeling about their remodel project.

UMI Seattle

Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.
