“Luna Park Construction (LPC) was easy to work with all throughout our project. Overall, we added 900 sq feet to our house - 450 sq feet to the basement and a new primary suite above that. Aaron and his crew did all inside and outside framing, preparing the roof for shingles and completing the roofing. They also installed all windows, doors and sided the entire addition. One of the challenges we had was that the concrete companies went on strike for about a month and Aaron was able to work around that by adjusting his schedule to get our project back on track. We were very happy with the quality of the work that LPC did and would use them again without hesitation.”

“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. “I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular. They have an eye for detail, were always appropriately flexible (as any good general contractor should be), and provided an outstanding value. “We've hired Mount Baker Remodeling to do two major jobs on our house. The first was a complete basement remodel where they built a 2 bedroom mother-in-law apartment in our basement. We liked working with them so much that we hired them two years later to gut and remodel our kitchen. On both projects, design to execution, Lawrence and his team were professional, helpful, thoughtful, communicative, responsive, fair and easy to work with. We trust them and have recommended them to several friends who have also worked with them. It can be so frustrating working with contractors, so we felt very lucky to be able to work with Lawrence and his staff. They are aces!”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”
