“Grenor Homes firstly are a highly organized crew of builders. They always have very experienced trades working with on site. I painted one of their projects and have to say they were the best contractors I have worked with here in BC. Their site was always kept very clean while work was taking place. Everything was completed to a high standard which made it easy for trades to work in sync. I would highly recommend Dan and Greg the owners of Grenor Homes to anyone who wanted to work with honest, reliable and hard working contractors, both are extremely detailed oriented and both will not except anything less than a perfect job from their workers. If you are looking for a home builder who will make sure everything from start to the finish is completed to the highest possible standard these are the guys who will provide that service. I have seen every side of their work from the early stages to the finish and you would find it extremely hard to hire better contractors anywhere.”

“We have used Mr Build Dunbar in a variety of smaller projects that have always been completed on time and on estimate. The people doing the work are polite and professional. Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. “We have completed a "whole home" renovation with MyHouse - and we continue to be thrilled with both our results and our followup care and attention. The attention to detail, the professional standards, and the client focus were all we could ask for. While in a job of this magnitude there were the inevitable hiccups, any issue was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Projects of this size can be very stressful - but this team made it so much less so as we always felt in good hands through the entire process.
