I had a slow running drain in a house that was built in the 70's so yes I knew there could be major problems, but I have never really had that many problems other than a backed up toilet or a clog in the kitchen sink all of which just needed snaked. So when I called another plumbing company and they showed up late looked at the problem and then only snaked my double sink from inside and came back with I had a cracked pipe under the foundation without running a camera and quoted me $3650 to jack hammer through the foundation, tear up my tile and only replace to rough concrete AND was not for sure if that would fix the problem! HEB did not guarantee that would fix the problem until they saw it but they felt it would. Sure enough I cannot say enough good things about this company. The professional service from start to finish. The professional expertise at all times and the fact that snaking from the roof worked. So yes I am so happy that they saved me thousands of dollars and a headache, but even if the outcome had been the broken pipe, I would have trusted them due to how they explained the situation.
