“B&C Custom Contracting is building our forever home for us. They have been super great to work with, answer phone calls and text messages at all times (even on weekends), and go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. They stay on top of the project from start to finish and push hard to stick to a max 12 week deadline, even through the worst of weather. The use nothing but outstanding sub contractors who have all been very friendly and helpful through the process.”

“Can not say enough good thing about RJS Building Services. This was our fourth project with RJS and as always, the dedication to detail and expert craftsmanship is second to none. The project was seamless and the results spectacular. All that enters the home can not believer the before and after. RJS gave us a date to arrive and an estimated schedule for each project. Timely and accurate were both. Even with design changes we made along the way, Rob and his group were extremely accommodating and always made the timeline initially given for project completion. RJS raises the bar for other contractors. Rob surrounds his company with like-minded sub-contractors that have the same work ethic and values. We couldn't be happier with our results.”

“Excellent craftsmanship and materials. They did not cut corners and took pride in their work. They were true to their word/estimates. They or their subcontractors always left the final work site clean. IF they used a subcontractor and we didn't agree with the decision or choice of the sub, they would manage the issue and we didn't have to worry about the hassle. This was great since we lived 2 hours away while the house was being built. For minor repairs -months to years later (Aragon issue in basement window, element issues in tankless hot water tank, etc.) they were always easy to contact and they returned calls. They guaranteed their work as stated. If an issue went beyond the guaranteed time frame, they were fair in fixing the problem. (The few problems we had were not related to THEIR workmanship. They were related to that of manufactures. I would not recommend a tankless water tank.) We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Building a house is stressful and we still like these guys :-).”
