“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Rick (owner) went above and beyond. He was in charge of rebuilding the front of my house After my oil tank fiasco. He kept a tight timeframe AND would do mid project quality walk throughs To make sure everything was to my liking. He even found and corrected stuff I didn’t even see. I will without a doubt use him again if and when the need arises. Thanks Rick we did it!”

“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“We hired Picco to do a full gut renovation and addition to our home in 2022. The team was professional, courteous and very communicative. From our initial consult all the way through completion we felt great about our decision to go with Picco. We enjoyed using their app to follow along with the construction and appreciated the weekly call with Kevin, our Project Manager. We have an older home and there were a few surprises behind the walls and Picco let us know as soon as they discovered an issue and presented solutions. “I have contracted with Smith Building Group several times, for jobs big and small. At each turn, David Smith and his employees were professional, prompt, and efficient. There were times when I had an idea, and asked David for guidance. He never hesitated to walk me through a project, provide design ideas, discuss materials, cost, time frames. Jobs would start and finish on schedule - and if there was a change, communication was prompt and clear. David always comes back to inspect the work done. There was one instance when the job was not to David's satisfaction, and he had his worker re-do it. I found that to be quite impressive. I have recommended Smith Building Group to friends, and have heard similar feedback from them.”
