“We are very pleased with the result of more than a year's work, starting with pen and paper and a discussion on what we needed in a home, reviewing and editing floor plans, getting to plot plans, elevation views, and ultimately a final set of plans. This was no easy task, considering we were building a new home post-Sandy, at the Jersey Shore, and with flood maps changing during the process, being in dual zoning districts, and with required building heights uncertain. But, finally, we are done (mostly!) Scott, Jack and Bill were all great to deal with, they listened to our needs and wants, and helped us make decisions on the trade-offs you always need to consider when space is limited on the lot and you have a long list of needs and wants. The style of the house is a cape cod, the architectural detail is outstanding and it fits well into the existing neighborhood which is situated one block from the start of the historic district here in Ocean City. Ultimately, we love the house and get compliments on it every single day from strangers walking past and from family and friends who are visiting. So many people have asked us if they can have a tour. Thanks Scott, Jack and Bill for everything.”

“Drew remodeled my entire kitchen along with two new double hung series energy package windows with capping. The kitchen looks 100% better! What I can say is I do not trust many contractors to do the work, but Drew's professionalism and his work was A+ along with his reliability. “I had D&T Builders do a large family room renovation for my home that required the installation of a 20' steel beam. They had the beam brought in and installed with a small crane and the job was completed seamlessly and professionally. I'd recommend Jim for any size renovation job as he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also completed a whole house renovation on an investment property for us and again the outcome was on time at a competitive price.”

“Jim replaced my kitchen faucet, a small job but one I needed done. He was punctual, very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. “I hired All Inclusive Construction for three reasons: to fix the disconnected sump pump hose from under the deck that continued to cycle water back into the basement and would eventually burn out the sump pump, to replant landscaping that was incorrectly planted, and to clean out an estate home that was a total disaster. In each instance, All Inclusive Construction arrived timely, was knowledgeable, capable, finished the job on time, cleaned up, and was true to the quoted estimate. In addition, All Inclusive Construction was professional, patient, and friendly. Two thumbs up!”

“We hired Dremodeling to renovate the kitchen and master bathroom of our home, an 88 year old center hall stone house located in Jenkintown, PA. The team displayed professional knowledge and experience throughout the entire project. The concept phase was interactive and bi-directional. It was very easy to visualize the direction and intent of the design, making it easy to be involved and ensure the final plans fit our goals. The team is structured so that each member has a specific role and responsibility with overlap only in areas where individual skills and capabilities allow for it. This manner of doing the work ensured that the results are amazing. Their ability to stay close to budget while also being flexible enough to adjust & adapt the plan is another big plus especially given the 3rd party suppliers that we relied on for kitchen countertops as well as all bathroom appliances and fixtures. These suppliers were recommended by dRemodeling at our request, and all worked out extremely well. There were two situations where factors beyond the control of either dRemodeling or ourselves caused work stoppages; a discovered roof leak and a delay in delivery of the kitchen appliance. In both cases dRemodeling showed top notch professionalism and flexibility. By redeploying the team to other job sites during the delay, we were able to avoid any additional delays once the issues were resolved. We are now two months past the completion of the project and I can still say that we are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to call dRemodeling again - either with questions about the existing work, or to hire and do business with again. We would also recommend them to friends and family.”
