“I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

Our vanity turned out to be a beautiful, custom, piece of art by a local cabinet maker. If we had seen John Valentine's work before, we would have had him do the kitchen cabinets. Mike Nagel made suggestions even better than what we could have imagined to solve several problems relative to the lighting, shower system, floor heating etc.. He never said "No,we can't do that." “We hired Chicago Custom Kitchens to remodel our dated and inefficient 1980s high-rise kitchen. Our goals were to modernize the tight space, increase workspace, and bring the whole look and function into the 21st century. CCK's team was very professional and prepared for our project. They understood the care that must be taken when working in a high rise. After I chose the appliances and got the specs, I sat down with CCK's designer, and he helped create an architectural drawing that was not only accurate but was useful for my HOA approval process. Then the team set about to bringing this updated room into being. They finished on schedule, and on price. We are delighted with our new kitchen, and receive compliments from all our guests. “Knocked out a wall to combine 2 bedrooms into one big master. Took a closet and added the space to create a walk in shower in the master bath and made a 3rd bedroom 1/2 walk in closet, 1/2 dining room. HUGE project. Came out exactly as I wanted! Love the results! I was always trying to alter my lifestyle around what my house would allow. Now my house works EXACTLY the way I need it to! The space is perfect for the way I live. Great job! I have had them back and referred them to several friends and family members”

“I've worked with Michael and his team on a few projects in my condo, and have always been very happy with his work, and attention to detail. We started off renovating my kitchen and floors. The project was finished on-time, and he provided great advice when I had a few different options on how I could approach the final layout. The kitchen turned out great, so I brought him on to help me with my guest bathroom - and guess what? it turned out great too! Whether its plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, or pretty much anything in between - he's my first call. We actually had our roofer crack a vent stack pipe in the ceiling a few months ago - Dec 2023 (and wouldn't take blame), and Michael was able to come and fix it within the next day. Couldn't recommend him and his team more!”
